Acetaminophen

Acetaminophen may be given every 4 hours. 1 teaspoon = 5 ml.

Ibuprofen (Advil/Motrin)

Ibuprofen may be given every 6 hours.
Attention
We do not recommend ibuprofen for children under 6 months of age. We also do not recommend ibuprofen drops because of potential confusion in dosing.
